Yes — we arrive fully equipped with quality products, cloths, mops and a vacuum, so there's nothing for you to organise. Prefer we use your own products, or need fragrance-free or eco-friendly options for allergies or pets? Just let us know and we'll work with what suits your home.

Will I get my bond back with an end-of-lease clean?

Our end-of-lease cleans are done to an agent-ready standard, following the areas property managers check most closely — kitchens, ovens, bathrooms, skirtings, walls, windows and floors. If your agent flags anything covered by the clean, let us know promptly and we'll come back and put it right.

Are you insured and police-cleared?

Yes. Bordoh Cleaning is insured, and our cleaners are police-cleared — so you can trust who's in your home or workplace. We treat your space with care and respect, every visit.

Do you do regular cleans, or just one-offs?

Both. Book a regular weekly or fortnightly clean to keep things effortless, or a one-off deep clean, spring clean or pre-event tidy whenever you need it. Same trusted team either way.

Do I need to be home during the clean?

Not at all. Many customers leave a key or arrange access and come home to a spotless place. If you'd rather be there, that's completely fine too — whatever you're comfortable with.
